Well, my first install of Mandrake 8.2 beta via the ISO's was a success.
So I figured I'd try again, just as a scientific test.
The second time, install went ok up until the end of package
installation. I was already on the second CD, and there were a few
packages at the end that apparently the installer couldn't find. After
prompting me if I wanted to continue anyway ('Yes' to each one), the
installer told me that there were some 'important' packages that
weren't installed, told me that no hdlist was found, and then booted me
back to the partitioning screen.
Now every time I try, it stops at the end of the second CD and gives me
those errors.
Anyone seen this?
