Even if they aren't on the CD if they have a depency that isn't resolved
in main they should be moved to contrib or removed period.

Isn't on my local mirror yet, however I may be out of date.  Getting
into the mirrors has been problematic.  I'm working on getting
unrestricted access to carroll and then I won't have this problem.

Can we just move it to contrib for ppc or do we have to stay in sync
with x86 on this too?

Well yeah but I think you missed the point on this one.  If netscape
isn't included and it's pretty much impossible to find a ppc version of
netscape anymore.  Why are we still packaging the locales for it?  Even
if you do get a ppc version from somewhere else wouldn't it already
include the locales you needed?
