For the most part yes. There are a few packages that I have done PPC only
bugfixes and have added "dot" extensions, which are not on the mirrors. At
this point in the game it becomes interesting. 8.2 x86 is a done deal, yet
8.2 x86 and PPC use the same SRPMS. x86 is now marching on towards 8.3 or
9.0 or whatever it may be called and updating things, whereas PPC is
wrapping up 8.2. I don't want to use new cooker source, but simply
correct any deficiencies in the 8.2 packages. I can't really make a full
release change, as it may already exist in cooker, so I'm doing like the
security updates: 10mdk --> 10.1mdk.  At the moment though there isn't a
facility for me to upload those files without impacting either the cooker
or frozen 8.2 tree, so they exist only on the ISO. David is in the
process of rebuilding the whole distribution against itself, at which
point everything should get made current.
