i finally had a chance to d/l the 2 isos and do another fresh install on my
TiBook. First i would like to say that this beta addressed many of the
showstoper bugs that were in beta1 such as the mouse and screen settings. my
cd drive almost works perfectly now too(before it didn't work at all). when
i put in a cd and click on the little cd desktop icon it goes straight to
mnt/cdrom, but right click and eject dosent work(but if i type eject in a
terminal it does. i think this issue was already reported here). the only
other bug i noticed is that control center->hardware->hardware list crashes
my computer hard.

but other than these little bugs the distribution works perfectly and it
installed without a hitch.
keep up the good work!
mike
