So it's a "political" decision : how can Mandrakesoft build a distro without java (well... there was Kaffe in 8.0) ? It's one major piece of software, don't you think, more important than a lot of stuff in the CDs. Is it a question of license ? But again, it's too late to decide this before the finale release... At least could we have somewhere a JRE mdk package which is tested against mozilla : I never succeeded to launch java applets from mozilla with the one given on penguinppc.org... Bertrand Dekoninck
