still wanting to connect to the net... kppp is able to compose the phone number for the isp, however after authentification, i get a time-out error, here is the -- not too verbose -- ppp-logfile : Jul 9 16:28:03 baladeur pppd[1647]: pppd 2.4.1 started by yvonec, uid 501 Jul 9 16:28:33 baladeur pppd[1647]: Terminating on signal 15. Jul 9 16:28:33 baladeur pppd[1647]: Exit. I'm not too surprised about that (the same did happend with ydl 2.1), as far as i remember well, this is due to some apps which has to be changed to an older version, may be pppd ? in case someone knows about it... -- Yvon Thoraval
