I was wondering if there's a plan for gcc-2.95.
On 9.0 for x86 there's gcc-2.96, which compiles mozilla. For 9.1 on ppc, will
there be a gcc-2.95 which will compile mozilla?

No, AFAIK Blackdown JRE 1.4.X are built with gcc3.2 on PPC. Henceforth, Mozilla/PPC for 9.0 should be built with gcc3.2 too.
