This is a problem I continue to have on PPC, as rpm-rebuilder is not always so smart about the rebuild order. Some lib like this gets upgraded and all it's packages, and I may get to them in a bulk run and the packages get rebuilt before the library. I see I have both 0.50 and 0.51 on my system so I didn't notice the problem, but 0.51 was the only one in rpmslist that got on the ISO.
