Just a quick note here as I'm trying to get thru some cooker/ppc testing before the security stuff inevitably starts to bury me again.
Fired up the install on this powerbook I have here (1GHz with superdrive) and did install-gui and it looks beautiful. Likewise with install-gui-benh (tried for kicks). Didn't actually perform an install (owner wouldn't like me too much if I did). I'm also at the tail end of an install on my G4 "lamp" and it also looks fantastic in install-gui. Nice work, Stew! I'll give a post-install report later after I have some time to fiddle. Also will be doing installs on two G3 machines tomorrow (a 500mhz indigo and a 600mhz ibook)... err, install on the indigo, testing installer on the ibook (wife's machine).
