OK It seems as if for some reason lilo.conf doesn't exist, hand creating it
and running lilo seems to fix the problem. Doesn't change the problem with
the install tho...

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get cooker to install. As I was unable
to get the new panoramix to install (due to my video card not being
recognised by panoramix, see my previous post) I am running through the old
method, RH type install script.
It fails every time on trying to install lilo or create a boot disk the rest
of the install seems to work ok. I downloaded the 6.1b last night so I will
see if that has the same problem.
