I tried to make a clean install of cooker with panoramix today, using the
gi_hd.img.
The keyboard selection should be the first question asked. I have a french
keyboard (azerty) and had to type "/,qndrqke/cooker" to tell the install
programm where my cooker directory was.
When prompted which language should be used, I answered "english" and
panomarix automatically acted as if I had a qwerty keyboard. I'd like to be
able to install cooker in english even though I have a french keyboard
Other problems I encountered:
-diskdrake didn't let me select a mount point for the partition on which the
cooker install files where (probably because it was already mounted)
-I found the package selection part very troublesome compared with the text
mode install
-Going back to previous steps of the install (by clicking on the menu on the
left) didn't let me start all over again
-I had 3 'mouse configuration' in the menu but I have never been prompted
what kind of mouse I had (I bet it just detected a plain ps/2 mouse
overlooking the fact that I have a wheel mouse)
