Be careful, if you do so, to include the jdk117_v3;
the v1 and v2 do not work out of the box with RH6
(libgc problems i suppose) so i imagine they will not
work also with mandrake; don't know about the JDK 1.2,
but the 1.1.7 is rock solid and work quite well ..
