[Cooker] A few bugs/problems from the ftp install 1999.09.07

Netscape-communicator 4.61glibc2 doesn't run.
    netscape failed to start with the error that libstdc++.so.2.8 wasn't
present

dhcp not installed.
When using dhcp to install through ftp it doesn't install dhcpcd as a
package on the default workstation install which means ip networking
doesn't work from install

in.ftpd isn't installed by default


I've never submitted bug reports before so if it's not in a useful
format just let me know.
