[Cooker] X-ISP App

Chmouel, would you do me a favor please.  Would you please build a .spec
file for X-ISP and attach it back to an e-mail for cooker for me.  I would
really like to try it out but need an RPM.  Looks like a pretty nice ISP
dialer.

If you think it is good enough to submit to Cooker, that would be great
also.  But would appreciate the .spec file either way.
