I installed cooker....
kernel-2.2.13-9mdk and ppp-2.3.9-5mdk
well... ppp just dosn't work? so I though... hmmm
it must be ppp-2.3.9
So... then downgraded to ppp-2.3.8 and the same
thing was happening.... no dialing out.... so...
definetly it was not ppp-2.3.9
then just to be sure... I installed hackernel-2.3.18-1mdk
re-install ppp-2.3.9-5mdk and voila! it did work!!!
So there its a problem with kernel-2.2.13-9mdk (?)
BTW I was using kernel 2.2.13-7mdk and ppp-2.3.8
under Helios and they did work ok!
