Not me; it is the default path used by the new version (1.3) of freetype.
Maybe we could provide compatibility symlinks; eg in the %install section
have a line:
(cd $RPM_BUILD_ROOT/usr/include ; ln -s freetype/*.h . )

Them. So all programs using libttf will eventually be changed to use
the new place (which makes sense; the /usr/include directory is
filled enough), so in the meantime we should either provide
compatibility links, or patch all programs using freetype we provide.
IMHO we should do both: provide the compatibility links for sometime
(remember we don't (and never will) provide any program people may want
to use; some people may want some very specialized programs... but they
also expect to be able to easily compile any program); and also do the patches
and send them to the mantainers of the programs we provide that use freetype
