As we use xmodmap isntead of XKB (easier to manage and needs less space
on disk too I think) we should launch the X server with -kb parameter; eg:
/usr/X11R6/bin/XF86foobar -kb
or something like that (I don't know where exactly it is launched on install)
That will shut that messages.
