Um no i simply answered why the instructions for creating an iso are on
the website where the mirrors are listed. :)
Obviously we want it tested, hacked, or pretty much anything else you
would choose todo with it, it's under GPL... If however (i'm not so sure
what your expecting) you expect the packages to one day stop flowing and
us to say "Hey this is Linux-Mandrake X.y", you've misinterpreted our
intentions.
