Just tried another install with the DrakX stuff just put on the mirrors a
few hours ago.  Basically the same with two exceptions:

1.  Allowed to choose packages now.  Thanks.  I still don't fully understand
what the size slider is doing though.  The screens are so slow that I wasn't
about to try again with a different setting for it.

2.  When it goes to install the packages, I get the following error message:
        error opening RPM database: cannot open file
/mnt/var/lib/rpm/nameindex.rpm: Invalid argument
I checked and the file is there.  Couldn't progress any further with the
install.
