Yes; the netscape-common-4.61 rpm package come with an X11 resource file
that messed it a little.
You can get a correct file from ftp://ftp.mandrakesoft.com/pub/pablo/Netscape
(or Netscape.4.61 I don't remember)
and copy it to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/Netscape
Or you can delete that file on your machine and then you will have the
default Netscape accelerators (and lose the cut, copy, paste ones)
