Defrag is a defragmenter for ext2fs. but it cannot handle :
- fs created by new mke2fs (sparse superblock option and version 1 fs),
- fs which blocks are not 1k but 2 or 4k
so chmouel and me have moved it in the contribs part for people that
need it, though its interest is not obvious for ext2 (as ext2 is a lot
more resistant to fragmentation than extfs and minixfs)
