after much looking and reading of man pages of various programs for many different mirror ing packages and found that the options to ignore date/time stamping where simply ignored I found a package that seems to work quite well I though I might post the url here so anyone else might look into it;) http://dorifer.heim3.tu-clausthal.de/~olli/omi It is a very simple program but it works very well. -DarkWlf
