[Cooker] gendepslist?

[webmedic]

Every time I try to run gendepslist 
misc/gendepslist -h Mandrake/base/depslist Mandrake/base/hdlist
I get this error 
rpmpackdeps: can't output files
Anybody have any ideas as to the problem

by the way I run this from the cooker directory.
