Have you tested it with DrakX ?
If not try using Customized/Expert mode and on Setup SCSI step,
select "Adaptec 152x" and "Specify options" : you will see
what options are used by the module, then try "0x340,9" in the
"aha152x(1-8i)" entry field.
By this way DrakX will load it using insmod with options "aha152x=0x340,9".
