[Cooker] Apache Server

I have been trying to get the Apache server to work after new install
and it contiuously to become a Zombie and will not run.
not sure if this is a bug or not, but it is getting annoying.

Has any others had /noticed the same problem

vers of apache loaded is as follows apache-1.3.9-9mdk

any comments/suggestions greatly appreciated
