I downloaded the Mandrake 7 beta ISO and burned it to a CD. The
CD boots fine and starts drakX OK. When it gets to the package
selection part, there are 3 errors reported in sequence. These
are the reports it gives:
1) An error occurred missing some base packages
2) Can't handle error, continue at own risk. all: can't open dir
/mnt/usr/lib/kbd/consoletrans/: no such file or directory
3) dumpkeys failed at /usr/bin/perl-install/keyboard.pm line 144
However from what I've seen of drakeX so far, I like it. I
particularly like the ability to go back to a previous point in
the install configuration.
