You include xntp3-5.93 this is very old (Apr 1998) The latest rev is: ntp-4.0.98i with a 29 Dec 1999 date. RH has had the ntp-4 series RPMs in rawhide for a while (since this summer). this is just a suggestion. BTW, Oxygen is very nice. Great job. Pixel's hacks allowed me to upgrade from a hard drive (something I said was a bug when Cassini was in beta). Good job, Pixel.
