[Cooker] Differences between security levels?

How can we find out exactly what the differences between the various
security levels are?  (By the way, I think this is a very good
feature.)  Perhaps it is changing too fast to be documented just yet? 
It would be especially helpful to explain all the differences at
selection time in the install/upgrade process and also have a web page
that documents them.

Note that I haven't actually gotten around to installing 7.0beta yet. 
That's a topic for another email.
