At shutdown, licq does not auto log off.

On system restart, the old licq is still present and mandrake (when using an
licq link inside the autorun folder) starts up a second licq prg.

Work around: don't need the licq link w/i the autorun folder.


(pretty sure this is accurate, on my control system (mandrake 6.1 w/ licq rpm
7.0f), have a link to licq w/i the autorun but! i rarely reboot this puppy! 
it's up 24 hrs a day!)
