Hi,
In Mandrake 6.1........ after install..... I had automatic access to my C:
under /win98 (the dos volume label)
In Oxygen......... there are shortcuts on my desk....... for DOS_hda1 and
DOS_hda2 which are mounted under the mnt directory........
I tried to set a different mount point using linuxconf.......... but i've only
succeeded in creating problems with those directories and shortcuts!
The worst part........... now i have FOUR shortcuts on my desktop!
Yep, KDE didn't like mine, so it built new ones!
DOH!
Things like this make it hard for us M$ lamers to convert whole heartedly to
Linux.........
How do I manage to fix this?
My reason for asking........ I'm trying to run wine.... but the win-config file
(after being chmod'ed to executable!) told me it can't find my c: ..........
which i think is kinda odd..........
