is there any easy way to get back into my my mandrake 7.0 beta?

have got the tom's rootboot disk and finally did a diskette with it but it
doesn't show anything but it's own filesystem.

want to get back into my hda4 (root partition to edit the files)
the hda (1-*) is listed in the /dev file.

Doesn't mandrakebootdisk make a set of diskettes or is the user pretty much on
their own at this point?

Would be nice to see a set of diskettes made so that a user can hop into init 5
level at will and have access to their hda (partitions). Think redhat 5.1 did
have the images to do so, dunno, maybe it's the same as tomsrootboot disk.
