[Cooker] /etc/rsyncd.conf - sample for lan please

copied my oxygen directory to node1 via bzip2/ftp & bunzip2
lost the date stamp en route, so i thought i got it with
rsync, how do i use between a couple (or more) of my boxes ?

/etc/rsyncd.conf seems to essential, <large letters> help!
