[Cooker] updates

will someone post the list of updates from 2 to 3?  It would be ideal to see 
the progress on the internet as it comes up.  I guess that may take more work 
than is wanted.  If this is not, I would like to ask specifically if there is 
anyting different with PCMCIA, cardbus, xircom modem and network cards and 
toshiba laptops.  I had some issues with beta-2.  Thanks for you help.
