It's in the KDE 2.0 CVS tree, kdeadmin/kwuftpd.
I'd say it's fairly complete - right now, selecting directories etc
doesn't work because KFileDialog is broken (the KRASH version should
work, though), but that will be fixed before the release.
I don't see much of a need to maintain a KDE 1.x version - IMO KDE 1.x is
obsolete. If anyone else wants to backport, feel free to do so.
