when doing mkbootdisk --device/fd0 2.2.14-11mdk
responded w/ "mount: the kernel does not recognize /dev/loop0 as a block
device (maybe 'insmod driver'?)

to resolve:

insmod loop

The command went a head and made the bootdisk but i still re did the disk for
saftey's sake.

This could be also becuase i'm getting allot of errors at boot. Will post soon
as i reboot again, etc, (correction: 2 or 3 errors on boot only...dunno why
yet).
