it doesn't help when the booting kernel is 2.2.13 and the kernel
source tree is 2.2.14

compiling kernel - edit /etc/lilo.conf, make bzlilo, reboot, make
modules,modules_install;depmod -a
reboot 

why is the boot/installed kernel 2.2.13 please ?
