[Cooker] Trouble with Upgrade Installation

When I upgraded from Mandrake 6.1 to Oxygen 3, a few parts seem to have 
broken. I cannot get Lothar to install (using GNORPM or RPMdrake) because 
first, the etherconfig-0.6.203mdk requires detect >= 0.9.30 (0.9.29 comes 
with the ISO image). Second, lothar.kdelink and lothar.desktop conflict with 
files from autoirpm-icons-0.2-8.mdk.
