setup-2.0.6-15mdk seems to want to put a group "cdrom" with id "22" in
the /etc/group file. My group file already has "utmp" with id "22" in
it. Indeed, these are the difference between my current /etc/group and
what setup-2.0.6-15mdk wants it to be:
--- /etc/group Mon Jan 10 09:09:46 2000
+++ /etc/group.rpmnew Thu Jan 6 14:38:13 2000

probably due to packages being installed adding entries to group.
