Install compat-glibc-5.3-2.0.7.5mdk.rpm and Netscape should go.

Http might fail because the host name cannot be resolved... In that case you 
would have something like:

Starting httpd: httpd: cannot determine local host name.
Use the ServerName directive to set it manually.
                                                           [FAILED]
