It is a problem of GNU autoconf/automake in fact; it seems that they expect
the LINGUAS variable to be only one value and not a list of values.
The reason of that variable being defined was that 'rpm' used it to determine
wich languages were wanted on the system.
For the future we will use a different variable (RPM_INSTALL_LANG) for that
