Personally, I have had no luck with the rawwrite program obtained from any of the Mandrake mirrors, so far...but I didn't give up hope....

Pixel may be half right in that unless you know there's a dll file to download, you won't get it. Unfortunately, I should have had it since I downloaded the whole darned directory from /mandrake on down (and compared my directory & files against the server) I got ALL the files, and still could not get it to run.

As for not being able to "see" *.dll's or other system files while in explorer, that's a load of fertializer...open "My Computer" (either by 2X left or 1X right click and explore) select view, folder options, and under "Hidden files", select "Show all files" and you'll see those nasty *.dlls and other things microsloth believes you would rather not see so as not to worry you...

My solution was to obtain rawwrite off the web from the author at
http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/linux, written by John Newbigin:
The file you want is rawwritewin-0.3.zip;
It works great, and is covered by the GPL.
