[Cooker] kibitz should be executable

Hi,

The kibitz script from the expect-5.28-16mdk package should be set to 
executable.

Also, if I type "netscape &" from a Gnome-terminal, why is netscape closed 
when I close the terminal? Shouldn't it stay up?
