Correction. I earlier stated that 3C509 cards worked find under Mandrake 7.0 (Air) But for some reason it does not store it with the network settings. After an install I have to go and specify that eth0 is using 3C509 module. (The rest of it appears to be configured properly though.) I also wonder why running the latest distributed net client appears to intermittently lock up the machine. (Same client works fine on a Mandrake 6.0 box) Computer in question is a K6-2-450 using an FIC PA2013 motherboard with 64MB RAM. Esko
