[Cooker] vim 5.6-1mdk documentation is broken

Using package:

Release     : 1mdk                          Build Date: Mon 17 Jan 2000 05:03:39 AM PST

The documenation installation is broken.  The following link is created:

lrwxrwxrwx     root     root           28 Jan 17 05:03 /usr/share/vim/doc -> 
../../doc/vim-common-5.6/doc

and there is no /usr/doc/vim-common-5.6/doc directory.  Furthermore the
vim "help.txt" file does not even exist anywhere on the system!

Can we get a fixed package into Cooker ASAP please?  When fixing please
note the other thread on this list with regard to the problem(s) with
ctags.
