Nothing. Simply, I see a comment in a spec file saying not to modify
the source here but to get them from CVS. I went to the mentioned URL
for explanations, and guess what? Nothing. Nada. Niente. Nothing would
tell me what CVS server was to be used, what was the pass et al. Add
to this the fact that I don't know CVS and that no internal
documentation exists for now and you got the result.
So, please, write docs.
