This one has the Feb 10th Mandrake update, but the problem is still the same,
they are hard to find.   I sent in a suggestion for automatic updating.
the Feb 10th vim's are there as well.

This is exactly what I'm talking about- I've been to that directory, and an
equivalent on several others. The latest version of mandrakeupdate is
7.0-12, the latest update of vim isn't even in the directory, the latest
posting listed is in January. Come on guys, why don't you make a cooker
updates directory on YOUR OWN ftp site so we can know the updates are
actually being posted. At least then you'd have direct control over the
postings. I've NEVER done beta testing for anyone before that relied on
mirrors to get the latest versions posted.

Try this:

ftp://ftp.linux.tucows.com/pub/distributions/Mandrake/Mandrake/7.0/Mandrake/
