i've made some changes to fortune mod.
the files in the manpages don't point to the right dir.
this is due to a fortune-mod makefile behavior, i've corrected it.
the offensive fortune files were removed a while ago. i wanted to add them
back, so i did. but they are now in a separate package called
fortune-offensive. the /usr/bin/rot binary (a rot13 program) has been moved
to the fortune-offensive package.
appropriate warning has been added to the description of that package.
that required the change of 1 source file (fortune-mod-offensive.patch), the
spec file and an additional patch ( the makefile man page patch.)
simply copy the new patches to the SOURCES dir, and use the new spec file.
