Do upgrade one by one, there is an error for ghostscript-5.50-4mdk.i586.rpm, try
checking the package (rpm --checksig --nogpg) and upload it again maybe ?
If you get the new ghostscript-5.50-5mdk, upload everything (all ghostscript and
fonts).

There is a problem when upgrading ghostscript-fonts, it will not
remove the directory, but it is not really problematic.

No it shouldn't.

Yes, ignore it.

These packages are different version of ghostscript executable with different
drivers included:
Both is printer drivers, X drivers and SVGALIB drivers.
  PrintOnly is printer drivers.
SVGALIB is printer drivers and SVGALIB drivers.
X is printer drivers and X drivers.
These packages are in conflict together, this means you should have only one
of these packages installed.

So upgrade the version you have only.
