That is due to an rpm pckage owning a given directory, and its update
not owning it (but it can contain it, by having some dir or file under it);
then if some file from some other package prevents the deletion of the
directory the message above is shown.

No worries, but that is an ugly message that should be avoided.

Can you do an 'rpm -qf /usr/lib/rpm' please ?
