hello,

the timidity license needs to be changed. it's majorly wrong. it's not
"freely distributable", it's licensed under the GNU GPL. the license may be
found here. http://www.goice.co.jp/member/mo/timidity/copyright.html


since a rebuild of the rpm is necessary anyway, so i also upgraded this to
2.9.0.
